Adds a new Custom Image

SYNTAX​

New-CPCCustomImage [-Name <String>] -Version <String> -SourceImageResourceId <String>
[-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION​

The function will add a new Custom Image
